Reservations and Cancellations Policy Update: April 2, 2020 Overnight reservations with an arrival date on or before May 14 will be cancelled automatically. Customers will receive a full refund for these reservations back to the original form of payment where possible. If we can’t refund to the original form of payment, you will receive an Ohio State Parks e-gift card for use on a future reservation. Customers with day use shelter reservations will be notified by the park staff about their reservations. Reservations and Cancellations Policy Update: March 18, 2020 For those customers wishing to modify or cancel a current reservation, you may do so by going on-line at reserveohio.com or calling the call center at 1-866-644-6727 . We will gladly offer a free transfer to a later date or offer a full refund for those with incoming reservations from March 17 to May 15, 2020.
